On Monday 21 June at 21:00 in Porto Lotti La Spezia, the Valencian architect Joseph Maria Tomas Llavador presented to the citizens of La Spezia his winning the competition for the new waterfront city .
The arcquitecto was also the designer of the new port of Valencia which have been the last two America's Cup sailing.
