Two hundred years of tango in Argentina and one hundred years celebrated in Rome in the largest Italian festival of music, song and dance dedicated to this extraordinary world cultural heritage.
year when we celebrate the bicentennial of Independence of Argentina and a century of great artistic movement in South America, Back to Buenos Aires Tango Music Park, the festival devoted entirely to culture - popular and sophisticated - the beauty, virtuosity, poetry, energy. Produced by Fondazione Musica per Roma, the exhibition is in collaboration with the City of Buenos Aires that organizes every year the most important festivals in the world dedicated to the tango.
The most famous artists coming directly from Buenos Aires will animate the Parco della Musica. For 12 days, the halls, theater, auditorium, the foyer, the open-air resound with frantic notes, nostalgic and melancholy, and will be inspired by the colors, steps and movements of the dancers.
Scheduled 25 shows, dance classes, lectures, exhibitions, with the return by popular demand in the Studio Theatre Club de Tango - tango on a model of the famous clubs in Buenos Aires, where you can be transported by the sensual rhythm, face to face with the most famous artists - and the milongas in the auditorium, where the music will accompany the open-air dance couples until late at night.
